FA Cup Results

Here are the results of the FA Cup games that have been played over the weekend. Saturday's action. Luton Town 0-3 Millwall FC. An early 12th minute goal from Millwall's James Henry was half the work for Millwall. Other goals game from Rob Hulse just on the stroke of half-time and Dany N'Guessan wrapped it up for a good day at the office. Arsenal 0-1 Blackburn Rovers. A very disappointing day for Arsenal as they dominated the first half with Gervinho missing the target right in front of goal. It was near the finish when a lack of concentration in defence led to a goal from Blackburn's own Colin Kazim-Richards. MK Dons 1-3 Barnsley. Chris Dagnall scored twice for the visitors and along with him was Marlon Harewood. The only goal for the home team was Dean Bowditch. Oldham 2-2 Everton. Everton looked the more controled side during the game but Oldham's Jordan Obita took the lead early on in the game, But not long after Victor Anichebe levelled it up. Just after the restart Phil Jagielka put Everton in front. It all came to stoppage time though when a scramble in the box led to Matt Smith to convert and send his side to a rematch. Sunday's action. Chelsea 4-0 Brentford. It was always Chelsea's game from the beginning and then they were rewarded with goals from Juan Mata, Oscar, Frank Lampard and John Terry. Man City 4-0 Leeds. Man City who were back with a full squad tore apart the Leeds defence early on. Just 5 minutes in and Yaya Toure who has returned from the Africa Cup Of Nations put his side in front. Shortly after Sergio Aguero made it 2-0 from the penalty spot. After that is was a one sided game with Carlos Tevez getting on the scoresheet also. Just before the end Aguero got his second of the game which wrapped up a good win for City. Huddersfield 1-4 Wigan. Callum McManaman was the first to get a goal for Wigan who was shortly followed up by Arouna Kone. Just as the second half begun James McArthur got a goal in. The only goal for Huddersfield was from Lee Novak in the 62nd minute. Just on the final strip to full time Kone squeezed in his second.
